Combustion Control System
A combustion control system with a gas train is a critical assembly that safely regulates gaseous fuel flow from the source to a burner, furnace, boiler, oven, kiln, incinerator etc ensuring precise pressure management and proper fuel-air ratios. It includes components like manual shut-off valves, filters, regulators, pressure switches, and safety shut-off valves (SSOV) to prevent leaks and manage pressure fluctuations. Key functions include ensuring safe startup, proper combustion tuning at high fire, and immediate, automatic shutdown during faults.
The gas train acts as the "bridge" between the main gas supply line and the burner/ furnace etc. Gas train’s main operation is to clean the gas, drop the pressure to a usable level, and ensure multiple safety checks are met before the burner ever sees a flame. Since our systems are designed in such a way that all the data from various components can be integrated to existing Burner/Boiler PLC system & SCADA so that all the data can be present at the operators fingertips.
